Shipping policy


EU Orders

Domestic and EU orders are shipped via SEUR Priority. Seven Lamps is responsible for the item until it is received by the customer. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

 

Non-EU Orders

International orders outside the EU are shipped via UPS Priority. Once the package is handed to the carrier, they assume responsibility. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, shipping costs must be paid again before re-dispatch.
