EU Customers
Each piece is rare and thoughtfully selected. Minor signs of age, wear, or patina are part of its character and not considered defects.
EU customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, except for faulty or misdescribed items.
If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us with photos. We will provide instructions and cover return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Non- EU Customers
All items are final sale. Each piece is rare and thoughtfully selected. Measurements, materials, quality, and photos are provided to fully represent the item. Vintage items may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear — these are part of the item’s character.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier (UPS Priority), Seven Lamps is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, shipping costs must be paid again before re-dispatch.
